  Management consistently sends out bulk emails, text messages, etc accusing all residents of smoking in their apartments. The "en mass" messages do not stop and even threaten criminal charges and punishment without proof. Their excuse is these constant messages are "en mass" from "an administrator", yet these messages threaten you personally with criminal charges and eviction. It is overpriced, management is horrible, and harass you of crimes you haven't committed. It needs to stop. Management is truly horrible.

  I would like to highly recommend Tim. He was very professional, punctual, and friendly throughout the entire process of showing me the apartment. They answered all my questions with patience and clarity, and took the time to explain every detail. They made me feel comfortable and well-informed when making my decision. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property.

  I had an amazing experience working with Timothy . From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire apartment touring and leasing process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I understood every step, and truly made the experience smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was his kindness, patience, and genuine dedication to helping me find the right apartment. He went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and confident in my decision.   (BEWARE OF POOP IN THE HALLS, and THIEVING NEIGHBORS[ONLY been here a little over 1month by the way])……. Lots of things I like about this place. Lots to offer; cool management helpful and all, dog wash, laundry mat, etc… but it seems like there is a lack of respect for each others space and items. Considering the picture…. and the fact that my brand new laundry bag was stolen….. (it also had all my soap, scented beads, bleach, and dryer sheets)…… management said they would be willing to help if I called the cops. But I didn’t…….. So be careful!!

  timothy is such an amazing amazing person he always helps me and my family with any type of concerns or questions we have since day one he’s always been such a Generous person he the process so much easier and simple, even without knowing the hard times me and my family were having at the moment he was so helpful and nice and wonderful and just made me and my family Feel so much comfortable and welcomed Our new home he was amazing and has such good leasing skills. We enjoyed touring with Timothy and we would 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend Timothy to others because he is such a great person and would go out of his way to make sure everybody in the community feels welcomed and feels Heard.
