  Rented apt for my daughter. This is the 6th apartment complex in which she has lived. By far the best constructed and maintained. Quick response from maintenance. Awesome experience with Johana.

  I had a wonderful experience touring this apartment community. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The property itself is beautifully maintained everything was spotless, fresh, and had such a pleasant, clean scent that made the whole place feel comfortable and inviting. You can really tell they take pride in keeping the community in excellent condition. It left a great first impression and made the space feel like somewhere you could truly call home.

  Lamentablemente me siento humillada y ultrajada fui VICTIMA DE UN HURTO, en un espacio que en el edificio me ofrecieron con mucha seguridad y cuando fui a reclamar y solicitar información en la administración simplemente me dijeron “Que lástima llame a la policía y resuelva su problema “ Es indignante que la oferta de servicio de Tempo sea falsa y engañosa por qué te ofrecen espacios con supuesta seguridad: Llave inteligente, tu pagas por todos los servicios y ante un evento como un robo ellos no se hacen responsables de NADA. En imagen: La Bicicleta ASEGURADA con candado, colocado en el espacio adecuado y que solo pueden entrar personas autorizadas con llave magnética.

  I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the management here. I moved in 6 months ago, and the AC has never worked properly. These past few days, the indoor temperature stayed at 79-80°F. It is impossible to live in these conditions.
