    Honestly one of the best moving experiences ive had. Kayla was and continues to be such an amazing help. I highly recommend Kayla and Liberty Creek Apartments.

    I lived here for two years and it was decent. The neighborhood is pretty quiet most times and located near to everything you need. My biggest issue was the staff at the leasing office and maintenance. The staff has zero problem solving skills, urgency, or initiative. I had my bathroom flood and leak multiple times. It was like pulling teeth to get any repairs. I had incorrect charges added to my account and it would take days for the office staff to respond. There is a lack of professionalism and customer service in general. I was charged a $300 cleaning fee when I first moved in and was handed the definition of a “landlord special” apartment. Nothing was cleaned or replaced, just painted over. The pool was never open due to vandalism and repairs. The parking spaces are not enforced which is fine until you remember you’re being charged to park inside and can’t find a spot. Snow removal is never in a timely manner. My experience was not the worst, but it is not worth the headache. I do not recommend living here, but would reconsider if they got new management.

    I’ve lived here for a couple of years, the maintenance people are Great, management is on site I’ve only had this persistent issue that has not been addressed and is not allowing us to use the amenities we pay for!! There is a small fluffy white dog in the complex in block 3 right in front of the kids playground whose owners consistently allow it to urinate and defecate all over the park and just wander off. My kids use that park and so do many others kids.it’s disgusting . There is a whole dog park right in front of you! I’ve talked to the owner and asked them to leash the dog, take it to the DOG PARK but nothing is being done and it’s to the point where the front of my own patio is covered of poop thanks to there dog!!!!! I myself have had to pick up its poop so my kids don’t accidentally step in it. This is not fair to any of the residents who live here, we all pay for our home and for us to have to clean up after others is not ok. It’s seriously starting to become a animal control issue that needs to be addressed

    Tengan mucho cuidado con este condominio. Mi experiencia fue muy mala. Considero que no son claros ni honestos en la forma en que manejan los contratos y los cobros. Les informé con dos meses de anticipación que me iba a mudar y aun así tuve problemas y cargos que no me parecieron justos. Recomiendo leer todo muy bien antes de firmar y documentar todo.”

    Hola, buen día. Estoy muy interesada en el apartamento, pero quisiera confirmar algunos detalles antes de continuar con el proceso. Estoy buscando una unidad que esté completamente renovada, que no tenga alfombra (preferiblemente con piso moderno), y que cuente con lavadora y secadora dentro del apartamento. La persona que me dio el recorrido me mostró un apartamento modelo y me comentó que sí habría una unidad con las características que busco (sin alfombra, con lavadora y secadora adentro, y en el primer piso). Sin embargo, también me indicó que esa unidad no estaría renovada. En mi caso, lo más importante es que el apartamento esté renovado para poder confirmar y proceder con la aplicación. Además, me gustaría saber si sería posible ver la unidad real disponible (no solo el modelo), para tener una mejor idea de cómo es exactamente. Quedo atenta a su respuesta, muchas gracias.
