  When maintenance actually comes they are so nice and helpful. But it took 8 months for them to finally help us. The washing machine was leaking for 8 months…

  worst experience ever DONT DO IT !! the apartment wasn’t ready for move in always was greeted with a bunch load of roaches was told the maintenance ppl were going to bomb and they beee showed up it’s honestly disgusting apartment wasn’t ready for filthy at move in nobody cleaned anything didn’t even try plz whatever you do take your money some where else they don’t even offer tours they’ll say they don’t have any to view they show you a nice looking one on a video to get you to move in and they are all very rude and inconsiderate of how ppl feel you should want to love your new home and no absolutely not worth the stress or time THEY SUCK!!!!

  The reviews about maintenance not showing up or fixing the problem are 100% correct. My microwave hasn’t worked since July despite putting in multiple work orders and the maintenance team marking them as “completed”. My toilet kept running continuously and maintenance came to “fix” it… it’s still doing the same thing. Multiple packages have also been stolen from the mail room so there’s that..
