- BBBunnyOct 15, 20252.0Rent it pricy, maintenance goes into bedrooms when they shouldn't, a few times never completing the entire job in my experience, several things in the apartment are cheaply made, and when said cheaply made things needed to be fixed it causes a lot! Not to mention VERY CERTAIN neighbors are inconsiderate, when a complaint is made, nothing has been done so far. (Currently dealing with neighbors who constantly thump against the walls loudly to the point the walls shake every day for MONTHS) Water sprinklers have been broken or flat out destroyed and hasn’t been fixed as of yet! However, when things are done, it is usually quick, which I highly appreciate! I just wish for some improvements.
- SMSummer McCallOct 3, 20252.0Homeless people doing drugs in the apartment tables making noise in the night they do drugs in hang in the property even while the neighborhood kids are outside in the day playing putting them in danger !! this has been going on for a whole month and management doesn’t do anything about its disappointing hopefully something is done about it wasn’t like that. And this a been an everyday thing now !
