  Homeless people on the tables and the laundry even during office hours & nothing is done about it.

  Rent it pricy, maintenance goes into bedrooms when they shouldn't, a few times never completing the entire job in my experience, several things in the apartment are cheaply made, and when said cheaply made things needed to be fixed it causes a lot! Not to mention VERY CERTAIN neighbors are inconsiderate, when a complaint is made, nothing has been done so far. (Currently dealing with neighbors who constantly thump against the walls loudly to the point the walls shake every day for MONTHS) Water sprinklers have been broken or flat out destroyed and hasn’t been fixed as of yet! However, when things are done, it is usually quick, which I highly appreciate! I just wish for some improvements.

  So I called regarding an application I've submitted awhile ago and I have had Avery hard time getting a hold of the folk who run this business and just today I actually had someone answer theb the lady on the phone proceeds to be rude and short with me because her office can't get there stuff together like we done submitted an application why don't y'all wanna communicate and actually rent our a place. Horrible customer service from the assistant manager Abby I had a very negative talk with this lady and felt extremely disrespected

  Applied to their apartment last week. They are good at communicating at first with email and calls. However, when I got declined from the screening for off charge (but good rental history) , then everything got downhill. I talked to Abbey and Ceira, and they at first reassured me that they can talk to their regional manager and see if they can make exceptions because they would like us to be part of the community. And they sound hopeful. But unfortunately, it feels like an act. After that, it was hard to call them back. They told us previously that they would give an answer on either Friday or Saturday. No calls back. Even when we tried calling them, they never picked up. We had to call Hudson and Grove to finally get an answer from them on Monday. I can't remember her name, who worked at the first desk, but she was extremely nice. Just shame on Abbey and Ciera and the regional manager for not being very communicating and think it ok to ghost us.
