Edit: over a week and still no water filter. My ceiling began to leak. We called. They sent a message saying they didn’t see it so it wasn’t happening. I have photos of the vent leaking. I’ve left a voicemail as no one could answer the phone at 2:00 pm. Coming up on almost a year living here and we’ve decided the pros outweigh the cons. We are staying because the rent is good and the office people are nice. That’s the only redeemable quality. Packages are still getting stolen and if not stolen not delivered due to “unsafe” delivery location. I’ve now been waiting almost a month for a new water filter because their “system” is leaving voicemails that don’t get answered. I would say I’ve left about three voicemails now, and never once have I had anyone come back to me. The front door to my building regularly refuses to open unless you have the power of god to break the door open, which obviously isn’t helping the issue. The door to the pool is still (three months later) cracked and shattered. The hot tub is always questionable at best when getting in. Were you hoping to park in your paid parking lot? Good luck finding a reasonable spot. I wouldn’t recommend moving here unless you are okay with these things. Shoutout to girly at the front office though, she’s never been rude or done me wrong once. Have a great one.

As a current tenant to think of something good to write. While I know there are many issues that are our of their control (i.e. construction in park behind property) I'll try to write only about things they can fix in hopes of seeing improvement. Maintenance came into my unit when my fiancée and I were sleeping to do maintenance that was not requested, approved by myself or was not an emergency! When I confronted them, the maintenance tech cursed at me yelled, thew an air filter at me then left. Unprofessional in many ways and left us feeling unsafe in our home from the properties own staff. Not to mention the washing machine didn’t work when I moved in, it shook so bad it fell over sideways on the ground during the spin cycle. 2 maintenance tickets and 4 weeks later it was replaced with a dirty and used washer after claiming the extra time was to “order a brand new washer to replace it with” I requested a small concession to make up for the money spent on the laundromat over the 4 weeks. Said they would get back to me and never got any contact from them. I have had over 10 packages stolen, even after they locked the mailroom in hopes to prevent the issue. The lost items totaled $600 in value stolen and management said they could do nothing except recommend filling a police report. This has been an issue since I moved in 7 months ago. Main entrance into my building (building 1) did not open when fob was scanned (this was a building wide issue after talking to other residents) Door wouldn't open for days, worked for 1 day then back to broken for another 2 days. At least you could pull the door open if you yanked hard enough, although doesn't seem secure or safe as there is no other locked main doors past that one. On top of that, gym equipment that’s broken for 6+ months and after 3 emails and follow up’s to management they never responded to my email. The complex is dirty and trash all over parking lot hallways and main areas. Dog poop in main entryway hallway of building 1 for 4 days before it was picked up just to be put in doggie back and set against the wall. The leasing office doesn’t respond, and has been dismissive and unhelpful when they do. Complex is dirty and getting more run down by the week. If they want to turn this place around they need to: 1. Be more responsive to emails and follow up when they say they will including more transparency. That improvement alone would make a huge difference and costs nothing. 2. Focus on the basics: Working doors, improved safety for residents, (like updated doorbell system) and prioritize packages not getting stolen 3. Clean up main areas (even a little) dog poop in lobby and dirty trash rooms and parking lot are simple, inexpensive fixes. 4. Once those are done, then focus on smaller things like gym equipment, coffee machines, or "nice to haves" when all the basics are met. While I hate to leave bad reviews, its an accurate reflection of my experience since move in. The unit itself is great and highly functional, its everything outside the four walls of my unit that struggle immensely. This property has great potential but its not being capitalized on and unless something changes I look forward to my lease ending with the properties current state. Hopefully this can provide some ideas on where to focus improvement efforts.

Apartment is okay, but what really bothers me and im sure a lot of tenants as well is this, this specific apartment always have their trash out sometimes the entire weekend, not sure what the valet schedule is but this is really unacceptable, hallway smells terrible. Now is only 2 bags, sometimes 3/4 you can barely walk. And there is no other way to go since elevator is around the corner.

I want out of this place so bad. My lease ends in May and I’m counting down the days. So much package theft I’ve had sensitive documents stolen, 80% of my packages are stolen or go missing, I’ve had pay cards from my work get stolen and used… they shut down the package room and have pictures of package thieves posted around. So you can’t even get in. Leasing staff does not answer emails. They actually avoid current residents. I’ve sent 3 emails in the past 45 days and gotten no response to any of them. The only response you will get are gaslighting, passive aggressive responses on reviews from the “new” property manager even though he’s been here since the summer. I’d say a good 9/10 5 star reviews are from people who toured the property because they beg them to give 5 stars to negate all of the bad reviews. I could never recommend anyone move here. A lot of us want to leave and can’t wait for the lease to be up. Edit: Responding to the property manager. This is exactly what I’m talking about. The gaslighting… I picked up 4 packages due to ordering something from Amazon because otherwise they get held hostage in Amazon lockers - things that aren’t even from Amazon so there’s no way to get them. Another prescription medication got delivered and went missing. They won’t even replace them anymore there are so many reports of missing packages at this point they think that I’m the problem. An office chair has been MIA. I’m worried that birthday gifts for my partner are going to go missing as well. This needs to stop. The package room system has been down for months. Fix it. You people seriously do the most pushing everything back on your residents. Fix the shipping / delivery / package theft issues here this is RIDICULOUS. As for the emails - search harder because I’ve sent multiple. You can search for them and have no issues doing so since I have to go on a scavenger hunt once per week to try and find my packages. I take no pleasure in beefing with leasing staff and management but enough is enough. This has been a long time coming and I’ve tried being cool about it but nothing changes.
