  I had a wonderful experience in dealing with Tempo at 9-Miles’s pleasant staff. They really made the whole move-in process seamless and smooth. Andrea and Johana make a great team. This place is gorgeous and well kept. Dennis in operations is awesome too. I look forward to residing here. Not only is the staff amazing, the unit is immaculate and it’s surrounded by King Soopers, ihop, gas station, 7-eleven, wing stop, little Caesars, Taco Bell, pop-eyes chicken and a bit twisters brewery that serves killer b-b-q and a green solution cannabis store. This place is PERFECT. Thanks and a shout to Tempo’s amazing staff!!!

  Johana and Jake in maintenance are amazing! Johana made our move in the easiest move in ever! She's been so helpful with questions. Jake is amazing as well he fixed our issue quickly and hes super friendly and great. Give them both a raise! Love living here!!

  i have a friend who moved in here. it is a beautiful apartment. better yet is the location! with a grocery store and restaurants within a 5 minute walk, let alone a light rail station across the street... can't get a better location!

  I’ve had a mixed experience living at this apartment complex. On the surface, the staff is friendly and polite, but when you bring up concerns or submit requests, the responses often feel passive-aggressive and dismissive rather than helpful. The complex seems to charge for everything, which adds up quickly and feels excessive. Package theft is also a major issue here—packages get stolen frequently, and there doesn’t seem to be any effective solution or accountability. Maintenance and cleanliness are ongoing problems. The Level 1 stairwell door has been broken for a bit of time and has not been fixed, which raises safety concerns. The hallways often smell like weed, and the dog park is consistently covered in dog waste, making it unusable and unpleasant. On top of that, it’s extremely frustrating that no one answers the phone when you call the office, making it difficult to get help or follow up on issues. Overall, while the staff may appear nice at first, the lack of responsiveness, ongoing maintenance problems, and poor management of shared spaces make this a disappointing place to live.
