  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review for Oakwood Homes & especially Nicky Shindler Buying our first home was one of the most meaningful experiences for our family, and Nicky Shindler made it absolutely unforgettable. From day one, she was kind, patient, and incredibly dedicated. She made the entire process feel easy and stress-free, even though everyone always says buying a home is complicated. With her, it wasn’t — she guided us through every single step with so much care. Nicky answered all of my questions (and there were many!), even on her day off. She truly went above and beyond for us, and you can feel how much she loves her job and cares about the families she works with. She wasn’t just doing paperwork — she was supporting us emotionally and making sure we felt confident in every decision. We’ve now been living in our home for three months, and she STILL checks on us to make sure we’re comfortable and happy. That kind of follow-up is rare, and it shows her genuine heart. It feels like she’s experiencing the excitement of our new home right along with us. During inspection, we found a few small things and Oakwood fixed them immediately. After moving in, we noticed a couple of minor details again, but nothing major at all. With the one-year warranty, we emailed the team and they responded right away. Honestly, the “issues” have been extremely minimal — things like a loose doorknob — and everything has been taken care of quickly. Overall, we could not be happier. The quality of the home is excellent, the customer service has been amazing, and Nicky has been the BEST part of this entire journey. I don’t think there’s anyone out there who could have treated us better than she did. She made us feel special, supported, and truly cared for. If you’re considering buying with Oakwood Homes, ask for Nicky Shindler. She made our dream come true in the most beautiful way.

  My husband and I closed on our new Oakwood Home end of October and absolutely love it!!! The entire process went so smoothly and we were kept in the loop throughout the entire build. They even have a portal to track the progress of your home. The entire TEAM was AMAZING… Vanise, Amber, Bret, and Chris… couldn’t have done it without you!!! Oakwood Homes puts in high end appliances and finishes in their base models compared to other builders making you pay extra for those things.

  Tengan cuidado mis hijas y yo perdimos $5000 del depósito mas todos los gastos de inspección que se requerían, no nos aprobaron el préstamo y no nos devolvieron nada se perdió todo. Deben ser cuidadosos al revisar las cláusulas para que no les pase lo mismo que a nosotros y buscar una buena asesoría de un agente con experiencia que pueda ayudarte a que te devuelvan el dinero en caso de ser negado el préstamo
