I have written to change the yellow bulbs in the whole apartment and put the white light ones please since they hurt my son and me. Thank you very much for the repair of the washing machine and the kitchen cabinets, it would be missing if you are so kind to change the yellow lights of the whole apartment replace them with WHITE light bulbs!!
- YGYelizmar Shananyela Perez GoezFeb 21, 20261.0It seems irresponsible to me with so many tenants that they have, they are called for maintenance and they take 3 to 4 months to go fix things, I have had my washing machine damaged since November 2025 and we are on February 21, 2026 and they have not even been able to come!! Don't pay them the rent so they can see how in less than 1 month they take it out of one of their apartment. Apt 1938!

Если у вас сломается что то, то можете не ждать ремонта. У меня нет отопления уже неделю. На улице мороз, дома мороз. Никто не реагирует. Сушилку ремонтировали месяц. Остальные заявки по канализации и т.д. Переделывал сам после «мастеров» Может если здесь писать отзывы на одну звезду с разных аккаунтов каждый день, то они хоть как то отреагируют. А, почему мы не съедем отсюда? 3000 долларов за расторжение договора.
