  DO. NOT. MOVE. HERE!!! -100/0 stars if I could. I don't live here, but have a friend who unfortunately does and have visited this disgusting excuse of a rental slum. The other 1-star reviews are not lying. First off, there is garbage everywhere in the parking lots on the north side of the complex. Homeless people living out of their cars have moved in and are just accumulate piles of garbage. There's broken glass all over the parking lots from peoples' car windows getting smashed out. Second, the buildings are disgusting. The rental company hasn't had anyone clean the hallways probably ever. There are stains on the vinyl floors, the carpets, the walls. There's garbage, vomit, and food on the floor. It smells like a dump. There are holes in the walls and mattresses/furniture abandoned. Third, BED BUGS. They probably did a treatment of my friend's unit before he moved in but never did a follow up, so after a few weeks they started coming back out and biting him. It's a full on infestation now and I have even had to hire an exterminator for my own home once we confirmed that it was bed bugs that were biting him. He has reached out to the office, WEEKS ago and submitted a work order and to this day, they have not acknowledged his emails and requests, violating Colorado state law C.R.S. 38-12-1002(2). The rental company should be absolutely ashamed of themselves and they need to be put out of business. I cant believe a place like this can operate and will be reporting them to every possible state/local agency possible. Please, I know the price is cheap, but whatever you do, do not move here.

  La verdad, pensamos que ¡SOLO UNO! era un problema, pero realmente llevamos varios a lo largo de estos 6 meses que llevamos, se le comunica a la administración, pero cuando se hace la fumigación solo se les pone una galleta que supuestamente ellos saldrán al cabo de una semana, pero esto es un desfile, aparte de eso sin mencionar los chinches cosa que dijeron cuando vinieron, que no habían visto chinches, lo cual nos tocó fumigar a nosotros, muy triste pero a lo largo de estos 6 meses hemos tenido más ratones que cucarachas, piénsenlo bien antes de aplicar y tirar su dinero.

  I lived here a few years ago when it was already a one star and this place has only become more of a slum. Recently visited a friend who(sadly) still lives there and not only have the bedbugs, roaches, and mice increased but windows are getting shattered, trash litters the entire place. Feces and urine have permanently stink up the halls. The environment has always been unsafe, with many of the people renting here being sketchy, handsy and harassy with any woman seen alone. The pictures advertised are all fake doctored and AI generated. None of the apartments come with a full set of working anything. Please, do not move in here. It will never get better no matter how many times the management and name changes.

  Moved in 4 weeks ago. Apartment looked fine on move in(except for the state of disaster the halls/laundry rooms were) except when I looked closer I don’t think they even cleaned longer than an hour before moving me in. The floors took 5 clean mop buckets and hand scrubbing to lift all the grime out. The dishwasher leaves residue and bits of food from the previous tenant on my “clean” dishes, I don’t even eat broccoli why am I finding peace’s if the floret on my plate after a clean cycle. The AC was and still is horrible. It was installed poorly with about a 3-5mm gap on the side with no insulation, free for outdoor air exchange and bugs to come in, which I’ve woken up to a few wasps flying around, always a good pick me up before work. Two weeks in I opened my electrical panel and a dead electrocuted mouse fell out. Maybe that explains why the wall switch in my bedroom doesn’t work. Two days after that I woke up and my cat had a freshly killed mouse in her mouth and had started to eat its leg. Then I found a ADULT German Cockroach in my kitchen on the floor. It takes months for them to turn into adults so I know I didn’t bring them with me or cause them. And they still haven’t responded to any of my communications about these things. 4 Weeks in my AC is still not fixed despite 2 requests. And I forgot to say earlier the pool was out of service when i moved in. That wasn’t disclosed anywhere in the leasing process. And now the real final kicker which has pissed me off beyond belief is that their “24/7” maintenance number just directed you to some random dude in North Carolina. He was real nice about it and said he’s been trying to fix it for 6+ months. So when my pet sitter got locked out because the second key that they provided me upon move in, which I gave to her, did not work, I couldn’t get in immediate contact with someone. I had to come home from work and lose hours because of this and thank god I wasn’t on a job because sometimes I’m 8-10 hours away working in California or Kansas for up to a week and I wouldn’t have been able to get home to give my pet sitter my main key, and my cat would’ve been stuck in there with no food or water. I’d try to rate it 0 stars but the gym is actually pretty good for an apartment gym. My only positive about this place.

  This place is absolutely RANCID. In 6 months I have had cockroaches, mice, and bed bugs in my apartment. I emailed the landlord EVERY DAY for 4 days before finally getting a response, saying that they won't fumigate or inspect for at least 3 more days. All of the dumpsters are overflowing. HOMELESS people live directly outside the apartment, come inside at free will due to lack of security, and there are commonly 3-4 digging through the BED BUG RIDDEN FURNITURE left outside the dumpster. A human took a SHIT in the elevator and it didn't get cleaned for well over 24 hours. The hallways smell like urine constantly (I truly believe people piss on the walls). The laundry room has machines that are always broken, there is trash all over the floor, and people move and steal your clothes from them. The same pile of VOMIT has been on the stairwell since I moved in. I refuse to take the elevator due to the human waste in it and the smell of urine. I have witnessed many domestic disputes, up to 10 cop cars surrounding the parking lot on multiple circumstances, hear my neighbor vomiting through the walls every day, and the presence of broken down and trash filled cars in the parking lot is unsettling. I have never lived in or seen a building so DISGUSTING in my life. I have never felt so unsafe in a building. I have never been so blatantly ignored by negligent landlords. This place needs a health department visit.
