- MBMalachi BoatwrightJan 31, 20265.0Went on the 23rd for a physical walk through of this complex because of the comments, I didn't want to just write this place off as a bad place to live and not going and seeing things with my own four eyes. Jay was very helpful with every question and concern we had way before even taking us on a tour. I've been living in colorado for a year now and comparing my current area to Flight at Lowry it's a huge upgrade! Yes some of the buildings are old but that's the part they are advertising because they currently renovating the apts and buildings heavily as we were doing our tour i personally seen multiple units being cleaned and or remodeled to prepare fore future tenants. Alot of issues that were states in the comments have and are being attended to from whatbi have seen so far, going forward i will give a update on how living there is going to give more insight towards the comments made. I will like to address that they are currently under new management and that management has picked up a huge project i look forward to seeing how much they grow as a team! Stay tuned for future updates!

She made sure we knew what was going on, how long, and everything else. Yes it may be a broken down place but it's not the property, it's the people/ tenants. The office crew was amazing.
