I ended up moving in there and out within a week and now they’re telling me they’re only gonna give me less than $1400 back after I gave them over $2400. How is that right When they said they would give me a refund? Where’s the other thousand dollars it’s not like I’m asking for my moving expenses that I had to pay to move in and out of there.. I am 54 years old with health problems and I work my butt off and still live paycheck to paycheck. I ended up having to stay in a hotel for over a week which I couldn’t afford to this place is a rip off and I would never recommend it to anyone

- LRLevi ReisingerNov 6, 20251.0DO. NOT. MOVE. HERE!!! -100/0 stars if I could. I don't live here, but have a friend who unfortunately does and have visited this disgusting excuse of a rental slum. The other 1-star reviews are not lying. First off, there is garbage everywhere in the parking lots on the north side of the complex. Homeless people living out of their cars have moved in and are just accumulate piles of garbage. There's broken glass all over the parking lots from peoples' car windows getting smashed out. Second, the buildings are disgusting. The rental company hasn't had anyone clean the hallways probably ever. There are stains on the vinyl floors, the carpets, the walls. There's garbage, vomit, and food on the floor. It smells like a dump. There are holes in the walls and mattresses/furniture abandoned. Third, BED BUGS. They probably did a treatment of my friend's unit before he moved in but never did a follow up, so after a few weeks they started coming back out and biting him. It's a full on infestation now and I have even had to hire an exterminator for my own home once we confirmed that it was bed bugs that were biting him. He has reached out to the office, WEEKS ago and submitted a work order and to this day, they have not acknowledged his emails and requests, violating Colorado state law C.R.S. 38-12-1002(2). The rental company should be absolutely ashamed of themselves and they need to be put out of business. I cant believe a place like this can operate and will be reporting them to every possible state/local agency possible. Please, I know the price is cheap, but whatever you do, do not move here.
- CRCamila RodriguezOct 31, 20251.0La verdad, pensamos que ¡SOLO UNO! era un problema, pero realmente llevamos varios a lo largo de estos 6 meses que llevamos, se le comunica a la administración, pero cuando se hace la fumigación solo se les pone una galleta que supuestamente ellos saldrán al cabo de una semana, pero esto es un desfile, aparte de eso sin mencionar los chinches cosa que dijeron cuando vinieron, que no habían visto chinches, lo cual nos tocó fumigar a nosotros, muy triste pero a lo largo de estos 6 meses hemos tenido más ratones que cucarachas, piénsenlo bien antes de aplicar y tirar su dinero.
