I appreciate the professional, yet friendly way the management team at Crestone operates. Always positive and willing to go out of the way for their tenants, and property vendors. Would recommend to anyone.

So far I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with Crestone maintenance. They have been quick to respond, and come take care of the problem within a few days or that day. Fixed a clogged sink, and an issue with the heating.

Excelente lugar! A mi familia y a mí nos agrada vivir aquí.
Pero mis vecinos de arriba son terriblemente (groseros) corren, mueven muebles, tienen 5 perros que corren todo el tiempo, caminan como si quisieran destruir el techo, es terrible.

Was interested in the property, scheduled an appointment to view apartments. Showed up and the typing lady at the desk was HIGHLY dismissive, then informed me they had no 2 bedrooms to view, no 3 bedrooms to view, that basically I could see the property and I'd I wanted to move in Is have to do so with no viewing of any apartment!
I simply said thank you and left. Not going to pay $2,000+/- a month for a place I can't even see if I'm interested in. Online pics don't give you a feel for a place.
And why have appointments for viewing when there's nothing to show!!??!!
No thank you on this property!
