  I have to say the apartment is really beautiful and neat. But the Lady which showed me the place was first really kind and everything. In the end I told her I would message her back till the end of the week. Disrespectfully she called me in the middle of the week, accusing that is not polite to not give a feedback, I told her several time i told her I would write her a mail. But I had still time. She put me in a place like I‘m such a disrespectful kind of human. The worst experience so far!!!!

  Vielen Dank hat alles perfekt funktioniert Seit ich diese Verwaltung habe ist alles viel sauberer es ist alles sehr professionell richtige hauswartsfirmen kommen vorbei und putzen alles von oben bis unten es ist wirklich einer der besten Firmen. Die Verwaltung macht einen sehr guten Job. Erreichbarkeit per Telefon ist auch super Die Verwaltung ist viel besser als die alte seit immocroce da ist ist alles viel saubere

  Prinzipiell professionelle Immobilienfirma mit gut gepflegtem Mietobjekt. Leider gab es beim Auszug vermieterseitig die Nichteinhaltung einer mündlichen Absprache (Thema: "Pauschalpreis" für Dübellöcher) und v. a. eine Verzögerung der MIetkautionsrückzahlung, obwohl die Wohnung deutlich sauberer hinterlassen wurde als vorgefunden. Müssen gerade unserer Kaution etwas hinterherrennen, sodass uns dies etwas nervt. Würden Immo Croce trotzdem weiterempfehlen mit dem Zusatz, euch alles schriftlich zu geben! ;)
