  Justin and Mike were very helpful with our tour, follow up tour and all of our questions we had. They both understood our options and didn't try to push us to anything we didn't want. Also the property is very nice, clean and quiet. Even with a train nearby you can hardly notice it.

  This 5-star rating is for Gustavo and his great work on replacing my water heater and fixing my dryer. Great communication, respectful towards my apartment as he kept everything clean and tidy throughout the process. Thanks Gustavo!

  Justin gave me the best first impression of the complex and was truly incredible throughout the entire process! The units have charm, amazing amounts of space and are beautiful all around.

  I recently toured The Bryant in Yorba Linda and had such a wonderful experience, thanks to Savannah. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the entire tour. Savannah took the time to walk us through the property in detail, explain all available options, and answer every question we had without ever making us feel rushed. What stood out most was how thorough she was in explaining the leasing process—it made everything feel clear, organized, and stress-free. She also took notes on our wish list items, which made us feel heard and valued as potential residents. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only professional but also so warm and attentive. Savannah truly made the experience enjoyable, and she’s a huge reason why The Bryant is at the top of our list. Highly recommend asking for her if you’re considering touring, she’s amazing!

  Never have I had such a difficult time with managing a new lease. Their office is impossible to reach. The excuse they give is that they are doing perpetual inspections so you’re lucky if you get a response once a week. I also have a support animal and instead of simply requesting the documentation required by law, they use this shady pet screening website that seems designed to scam people with disabilities out of more money. Their leasing agent, Justin, claimed that if it wasn’t approved by a certain date that they’d be charging for him as if he was a pet, which is very much illegal. They claim to have resolved this issue but the main manager, Kim, can’t even manage to keep a phone appointment to finalize my lease details. You have to go through some AI phone system before the call even connects, then no one answers the call. Save yourself the trouble of dealing with these people. This process has been drawn out at least 3 weeks now and has been a nightmare.
