- DGdharam guptaApr 9, 20211.0West coast escrow co working is not only far from Satisfactory, but also as unprofessional escrow co. They don’t care for the interest of buyer. Recently I bought one property & in that Listing agent hired this co for escrow. The Escrow closed on 5th March, 2021 and We have yet to receive HOA papers till date ie 9th April, 2021. Till today, the Unit stands in the name of seller only. So much so, their escrow charges happen to be the maximum. Last property I bought , the Escrow charges were $740.00 Each , whereas now this co has charged $1100 Each(Buyer & Seller).Despite higher charges, their services are very Bad & unprofessional. The reply by their executives are also unsatisfactory. Rajat
