  DO NOT!!! I repeat DO NOT rent from these people at the ranch (FPI Management)!! They are new owners recently taken over what use to be called woodland oaks. They are nothing but money hungry crooked don't care at all about community shellfish and so dishonest! I can promise you they have no idea what's going on with the property because all n all they really don't care. Since 2023 when they took over they have been through 4 or 5 managers..they literally stole from me and evicted me and I have 2 children and pretty much because they wanted me to switch apartments to renovated it and I said no.. originally moved in 2021 paying a first month last month and security deposit now new owners only require 1st with deposit.. and after evicting me for being a lil late on partial Jan rent...when I had money in hand owner told judge no they want me and my kids out.also my very 1st payment to FPI Management they applied it as a security deposit (900$) instead of rent and never fixed it..2 years all ready been their at the time.. tried resolving bye calling owners at manager request. 2 weeks 20 calls and 10 voicemails later...nothing..I let it go.fast forward to now ..just got evicted with my 2 children for owed 1300 rent +1500 in attorney fees... so last month rent 1725 plus 2. Security deposits totaling 5,700 $ I paid upon moving in.. do the math how could u want this. .my rent ending was 1810 but including utilities every month came out to about 2100-2200$ for an apartment !! Lmao

  Priscilla the so called manager in no way does anything for tenants. She is so hard to get a hold of and is unprofessional. Yet she claims she is “ doing too much” “working too many jobs” and even says she has time for nobody. She needs to be gone.

  Priscilla is a very nice well spoken manager. Upfront with everyone. Kind and generous. Jacob is comical and nice. Management is very caring.

  Damn… this apartment hella changed to when my family n friends lived there when it was called woodland oaks.
