  Never fixes maintenance requests, but submits them as done and sends you a survey asking how they did fixing the problem. Then the manager will reach out apologizing when you give them a poor rating on the survey and will submit another maintenance request on your behalf which won’t get done again.

  We’ve been living on this property for 8 months and it’s been a rough experience so far. One of the main reasons we chose this building was because of their “smoke free” policy through out the community but every single day and night we are overwhelmed by the smell of cigarettes coming into our unit to the point where we can not have our windows open anymore and enjoy our living space/bedroom. Our neighbor downstairs, are very inconsiderate of the fact that the smell travels up to our unit. Also, they’re consistently spray painting out on their patio without consideration that this affects everyone who lives above them. Smoke travels up, smells travel up, it’s not rocket science. Mentioned this to management multiple times and did not get an initial response until my wife left a 1 star review. Fred from the management team reached out and promised us this issue was going to stop and it was going to get taken care of and even asked us to please take down our review which we did not. He asked us to email him to keep track of every time it happened so he could reach out to them and even assured us that the “attorneys” were involved now. Keep in mind, we put the first complain in around December. Fast forward to today, the issue has not been taken care of and we have been trying to get ahold of Fred and come to find out that he is no longer working here and we’ve reached out to the entire management office and not one person has responded. Ever since this place switched to a different property management company it’s been completely downhill. Property is also extremely dirty on a daily basis, elevators are filthy, walk ways are filthy, trash is always piled up for days at a time by the entrance to the hallways and no action is ever taken by anyone. The only good thing this place has is their maintenance guy, Jonathan. He’s always been extremely helpful and quick with anything we’ve ever needed and just overall a professional and friendly guy. Do not be fooled by the good reviews by someone who’s “touring” the property and not actually living here. Trust me when I say it’s bad. The photos I’ve attached don’t do justice when I say, it’s bad.

  We had an amazing tour experience at Sofi Warner Center! We initially scheduled a self guided tour and went to check in at the leasing office. Stephanie greeted us and was so friendly and bubbly, everything the office team should be when anyone walks through the door. She was so sweet and welcoming and offered us coffee, tea, and snacks. We were early and waiting for our Leasing Agent to come back from lunch, but the Community Manager Fred acknowledged us and came out of his office to make us feel welcome. When have you seen a Community Manager working on a Saturday? He was so friendly and warm. Luma was WONDERFUL she turned our self guided tour into a guided one! She was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and made Sofi feel like home. She took us on a comprehensive tour of the community and it was beautiful. The amenities are well maintained and she showed us the improvements the community was making and we were impressed to say the least. I’ve seen really bad communities and probably the worst of the worst, that goes for leasing teams as well, so you know a good one when you see one! She showed us the trash chutes and larger dumpsters and even those were clean! On a Saturday no less! For everything to be that clean on a weekend? 5 STARS. We didn’t struggle to get parking and residents don’t have to fight over parking? A dream in LA! Secure package rooms, gate entry, and cameras! More importantly, the community not only looks clean, but smells clean! Thank you Luma for being an absolute star and Stephanie and Fred for being so welcoming!

  This property sucks. Management is a joke, no one wants to work, no one knows how to handle things properly, and no one wants to communicate with people unless if it’s to try to get you to rent. This is not a smoke free building so when touring this building don’t believe them when they say it is. We have constantly been emailing them about our downstairs neighbor constantly smoking every minute of everyday and we are unable to have windows open. Management has done nothing. They say they will handle things but never do. Our apartment constantly smells like cigarettes and you can imagine our frustration. Trash is constantly overflowing. Dogs are peeing in parking lots. Things just never get handled here. I’m sure they have people leaving fake reviews or just not allowing people to leave reviews like on Yelp. Don’t move here. Sincerely, a person who thought how bad could it be. NO ITS BAD ◡̈.

  Leasing agent Luma Rihani was exceptionally articulate and comprehensive throughout the tour. She showed me the various apartments of interest and took me on a tour of all the amenities. She also thoroughly explained the layout of the apartment complex. I definitely recommend this place for its high standards, location, amenities, as well as the friendly staff
