  We were supposed to have a tour today. So, we came into the leasing office. A black woman, an agent, both mad and surprised that the tour was scheduled, was extremely rude and mean also. So, we immediately left. After scrolling clients’ comments I’ve learned that some of them had similar experience with that agent. Please be aware that you have an employee who is mean and unprofessional.

  I’ve been calling, showed up in person, got phone calls and about my security deposit being returned over a year now. I kept getting the run around saying they sent it and they will take care of it now I’m taking it to court, the lady at office said “you should come back” and they will hold it just in case. NO I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I have proof of everything thank God. Now I’m going to take it to a more serious level I’ve been more than patient

  THEY ARE SCAMMERS. DO NOT APPLY FOR THE APARTMENTS. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU THE HOLDING FEE. My mother paid a $262.02 refundable hold fee on December 31, 2024 to reserve an apartment at The Villas. She was told she’d get the money back within two weeks if she decided not to lease. We never got the lease, and it’s now September 2025 and we're still waiting. Both her and I have followed up with the office a few times every month. They admit the refund check has supposedly been mailed—twice—but never deposited, and they keep saying the delay is because of “new management.” My mother works 2 jobs and lives paycheck to paycheck and these people have had absolutely no issue with taking her hard earned money and not refunding us. They keep making promises of a check and refund, but nothing ever actually happens. At this point we've already started preparing to take legal action to get her money back. Sharing here so others know what to expect if you’re thinking about putting down a hold fee. DO NOT APPLY FOR THESE APARTMENTS! THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR HOLDING FEE!

  The place is dirty and filled with dog poop and trash from the children and parties that residents have been told several times to not host. The Villas has policies that are good but zero follow through when it comes to enforcing them. I would love a day a month where you have residents a chance to help clean the Villa. They need to take ownership and accountability as well. On paper the Villas is very appealing but in person and reality it is very much lacking.
