I was looking for a place to move and found this place. At first it was normal filled out application and then put a holding deposit for the apt I was applying for. Weeks went by I never got a response nor an update much less approval or disapproval even, I eventually found a place so I contacted Charlene numerous times countless emails requesting my deposit back. It has now been 15, yes 15 months later and I still have not received my holding deposit back never got a response to emails they just kept my money and that was that. They are thiefs run the other way! If they do this to prospective residents I don’t even want to know what goes down in the office. Shady business!! I will leave this review on every single platform and tell everyone and anyone about this shady crap. There are nicer places to live just run the complete opposite way if you are thinking about this complex. Dishonesty is such a horrible trait to have when you work with the public.

A black woman, an agent, both mad and surprised that the tour was scheduled, was extremely rude and mean also. So, we immediately left. After scrolling clients’ comments I’ve learned that some of them had similar experience with that agent. Please be aware that you have an employee who is mean and unprofessional.

I kept getting the run around saying they sent it and they will take care of it now I’m taking it to court, the lady at office said “you should come back” and they will hold it just in case. NO I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I have proof of everything thank God. Now I’m going to take it to a more serious level I’ve been more than patient
