The building itself is beautiful. The amenities are top tier, the atmosphere is great, and overall the property presents itself at a high standard. That’s the only reason this isn’t a much lower rating.
Unfortunately, interactions with Cecilia Smith in the front office have been consistently negative. Every encounter has felt dismissive, unprofessional, and unnecessarily cold. There is a noticeable lack of basic courtesy — from not being properly acknowledged to seeming unwilling to assist with simple requests.
Customer service is a major part of the experience in any residential community, and repeated poor treatment leaves a lasting impression. No one should feel uncomfortable approaching the front office. Management should seriously evaluate the consistency and quality of service being provided, because it does not currently reflect the standard this property claims to uphold.
This is honest feedback in hopes that it leads to improvement.

The place is amazing. Stuart, who is in the leasing department, is always helpful and kind treat my son and me with a lot of respect. I feel safe living here and have too many amenities. The staff is super kind
I’ve had a great experience working with the property manager, Melissa ,They’re responsive, organized, and genuinely care about the residents and the property. Communication is clear, and any concerns are handled quickly and professionally. It really makes a difference having someone who takes pride in what they do.
My sister and I live here and I could say I cannot be more pleased. I’ve been here for over five years and I have not had no complaint yet. I really enjoy the complex and the way everything is maintenance and I enjoy the manager and also the assistant manager, they make me feel like family here

We’ve had a great experience at The Boulevard Apartments so far. Stuart, who helped us get our unit, was extremely professional, friendly, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail, which made moving in very easy and stress-free.
He was always available and responsive, whether in person, by phone, or through email, and answered all of our questions right away.
After moving in, any time we requested maintenance, the team responded very quickly—usually the same day or the next day—and sent someone out to fix the issue promptly. The apartment itself and all the amenities are very clean and well maintained.
Overall, we’re very happy with our experience and definitely believe The Boulevard Apartments deserve a 5-star rating.
