Leasing agent Luma Rihani was exceptionally articulate and comprehensive throughout the tour. She showed me the various apartments of interest and took me on a tour of all the amenities. She also thoroughly explained the layout of the apartment complex. I definitely recommend this place for its high standards, location, amenities, as well as the friendly staff

I’ve lived at Sofi Warner Center since 2019, and this community has truly felt like home to me and my family. A big part of that is because of Shenick. She genuinely cares about the residents here and always goes the extra mile to help. She listens, she follows through, and she makes sure we’re taken care of. There have even been times when she reached out on her day off just to ensure everything was handled for us. Her dedication and kindness have made such a positive difference in our experience living here.

I wanted to leave a review for the leasing agent at Luma. I recently had an issue with my mailbox, and she was incredibly receptive, supportive, and quick to help resolve the situation. I really appreciated how effectively she communicated updates and followed up once everything was taken care of.
Throughout my lease process, she was also very kind, patient, and even checked in with me afterward, which meant a lot. As I mentioned in my previous review, I truly appreciate the people who work here and the level of care they show to residents. Jonathan has also been wonderful and an absolute gem to work with.
Don’t judge a book by its cover. This cover hides all the poorest management. 6 straight months of daily jackhammering, notifications to remove items now, but done much later. Trash pile ups weekly. Months of non-operative elevator. Left 6 weeks ago - the apt. Was left in excellent condition. Weeks LATE for my deposit. Excuse; system is down. 5 days later - will not answer, and will not return my call, NOR MY DEPOSIT.
There are dog rules. Some breeds are not allowed. BUT it’s ok if your neighbors ignore it. And when you report a pit bull attack on my Yorkie, and myself - the management says: “Really?” CHeck put the ladder left for 5 days/nights, in the pool area. Lifs all over.
Next stop: Small Claims, and 7 on yout Sode running around, with a 25” ladder left out. SO dangerous.

I just started a new job in the area and am commuting in 90 minutes a day. I saw that they offered tours at 5 pm (I am normally 8-5, but I can get out a few minutes early to take a tour).
Turns out that they don't *really* offer tours after 4:30, though. They could have reached out to me and let me know of the discrepancy. They could have tried to schedule a different time or day.
Instead they just sent me a "confirmation" of my appointment, but changed the time like I hadn't already received a confirmation from them for 5 pm.
Most times, the best customer service you'll get from property management is before you move in, so I won't be touching this complex with a ten-foot pole.
