- LGLinda GoodyOct 23, 20245.0The location is great for access to the market, mall, Topanga Village , movie theater and the 101! Well, only being here a couple of months I have to say the highlight thus far is Deanna! Since my first visit until this day, any questions that I have or concerns are immediately taken care of with a smile. She is the heart of the place. Also the maintenance man Ernie is very pleasant and helpful. The grounds are well kept, it’s gated and they have a locker system for deliveries, which I think is perfection! So far so good!
- SJSiamak JahanshiriJul 17, 20241.0I went there and toured their apartment, per the assistant manager's (Deana) suggestion, I applied right after I went home, and the system showed the unit was available. after uploading all my documents, the system changed the rent to unknown and kicked me out. I tried to call the office and report the issue, but no one answered. I left a voice mail and emailed the property right away but I did not receive any response for 4 days !!! When we stopped there Monday afternoon, they said someone else had already taken the apartment !!!! 4 days and no response, it would have been nice and more professional if someone had called us or answered our calls. I even called JJ Communities (Parent management company) and tried to discuss the situation with someone higher in the chain, but they simply just forwarded my call to the manager's number which I left another voicemail and NO RESPONSE!
- EBErika BerumenJul 22, 20205.0I just want to say, WE LOVE IT HERE! We've been here since 09/27/2019 and from the tour, the application process and moving in, Deana was amazing! Never have we had this kind of customer service when moving into a new place. If you put in a work order it is usually responded to on the same day or the next day the latest. The complex is always in tip top shape
