  Larry truly cares about his clients. It is very hard to find an agent who is responsive, caring, knowledgeable, and willing to negotiate for you! Larry will go above and beyond whether you are selling or buying a property. Out of all the agents we contacted when looking to sell our old home , Larry was by far the best choice and also the easiest to talk to. He got us an amazing offer and we sold for more than I thought possible ! When we purchased our new home, once again Larry came through for us and found an amazing home. He worked hard and we ended up buying under asking, which was very hard to get at that time! If you are looking to buy or sell a property, look no further. Larry is the best!

  Larry was referred to us by a friend and we are so happy we crossed paths! He was knowledgeable, resourceful, and ALWAYS made himself available for us no matter what time of the day it was. He provided us with so much options, knew exactly what we were looking for and shared his honest opinions with us along the way. We bought a house during the most competitive times in Real Estate history and yet, Larry was so patient with us and went above and beyond to make sure we weren’t just settling. Even after we closed escrow, he was still helping us by referring the painter he knew, contractors, Gardner, etc. We still keep in touch and he’s a great person to work with. Highly recommended.

  Of the real estate agents I've used, I'm happy to write that Larry Cook stands out the most. He's very knowledgeable, resourceful, patient and just an all-out great guy. He's always there to answer any questions from start to finish and has exceeded my expectations. I trust Larry 110% with all my transactions. Together we have closed on just over 10 residential properties and even 1 commercial property. Although there is always going to be some kind of unexpected issues when it comes to real estate, I know that my deals and transactions are in the best hands with Larry.
