- MMMflexJan 26, 20211.0The apartment doesn’t have a good management. Every month they have a water leak so they shut down the water. Gate is always broken and transients come in and break into cars. Beware of the extra charges on your bill. If you pay 1800 for a 1 bedroom for rent, expect to pay close to $2,000. Management charges you for trash, water, and everything they don’t want to cover and pay for. Plus a $2 convenience fee. Not sure for who’s convenience. They allow section 8 here so beware the issues that sometimes come with that.
