  I’ve lived here for more than ten years and have been happy here. The complex is very helpful whenever I need assistance. Specifically Lorraine Delgado. I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with her for the time she’s been here and she has been truly amazing helpful prompt and follows up on requests of concerns that I have. She helps when we need stuff with our appliances making sure to follow up after to make sure it was complete. I provide her information with concerns around the complex and she is vigilant and provides me direction, she’s always so positive whenever I stop in and says hello with energy and excitement. Makes for a pleasant experience always.

  Very charming apartments with a quiet peaceful place to go home too. From spacious floor flans, large porches and perfect amenities. The staff Lorraine and Jessica go above and beyond and are very sweet and kind and handle their business to ensure your taken care every step of the way at Kendallwood Apartments!

  El lugar es muy tranquilo, todo esta disponible a pocos minutos, tuve un problema con una lampara y el joven Erwin todo un profesional la arreglo en 10 minutos, dejo el área limpia, un muy lindo lugar para vivir.
