We are a 3 generation and family operated full-service Property Management company and have been helping tenants and property owners for over 30 years. We use a streamlined process to help tenants find the best possible home that works for them. Tenants have access to an online portal for auto-payments and maintenance reporting, and we provide 24/7 emergency service. For our owners, we are equipped with our own in-house maintenance staff capable of creating a customized maintenance plan to accommodate each of our owner’s unique needs and preferences on how they want us to run their property. Our maintenance staff are well equipped to handle a wide range of repairs and upgrades ranging from quick flips to complete remodels.

    We lived at Unit 11 for 2 years and had a great time and wonderful experience. Moving to California from North Carolina, MAP really made us feel at home. Your team was incredibly respectful and made our entire tenancy hassle-free—from the smooth move-in process to the responsive maintenance support. The community events and well-maintained grounds added such a welcoming touch. We truly appreciated how everything was handled professionally and with care.     Our family has owned an apartment building for decades that has been successfully managed by MAP Property Management & Laurie.     I lived here for 11 years. This apartment complex has meant so much to my family and I, cannot express enough how grateful I am to have resided here. Many great memories we made at Tahoe Manor.     Typical landlords. Great at charging and increasing the rent any chance they can. Nice little letter sent to us during Covid to intimidate us to not think we were protected under the rent moratorium. We fortunately didn't need the assistance, but the aggressive letter was still felt. This landlord Makes no repairs or improvements. Laundry facilities were never kept. At one point it was broken for 6 months, but it was made clear that laundry was a "privilege" and not a right. Terrible at responding to tenants. The ladies that work there are all miserable people. And they don't treat any of their tenants with dignity. The owner acts like she’s this “local small business” hero. But treats all her tenants like dirt.

    Property management services were extremely responsive and helpful when our property had a gas leak. They covered expenses for a hotel stay, food and of course plumbing expenses. Great service at every touch point. Thank you.
