  I really wish I could give 0 stars Nancy, is the woman I spoke with whom was very quick with me, I called because I pit in an application and after a week I never got a response so I call she picks up and says yea west villas I ask about the app she asks my last name I tell her she immediately starts yelling denied your denied your credit is 480 I have proof that is a bold face lie this woman refused to email me me any proof and tells me to dispute my holding fees with my bank this left me feeling like I need to consult with a lawyer this can't be right I called bank asked for proof she says yea you'll get it hangs up in my face called again to very email she refused I still have no proof THIS MAY BE A SCAM BEWARE I will be visiting the property tomorrow wish me luck hopefully Nancy is not there I don't know why she wants to treat me so poorly

  I have not lived here as a tenant, but would like to share my experience coming to tour the property. When I initially called Pacific West Villas, I had asked them if they had any two bedroom two bath, first floor units available and they said they did. I let them know I was coming from Menifee, which is about an hour and a half away. When I arrived, there is no clarity if there’s a leasing office or not. I called the number that I was giving and let them know I was there. The lady who answered, said she was gonna send someone to open the unit. That was it she did not come help us tour the property. The worst part of it all was that when the apartment complex was open , it literally reeked so bad in there. I could not even tour the apartment because of the horrendous smell coming from the unit. On top of that it was so dirty, which is surprising, because typically model units are supposed to look nice. The pictures advertised are nice, but the apartment itself is extremely small. For the price you’re better off renting in other areas.

  Bad customer service and rude... Lady name nacy would schedule you and then all of sudden she will say it's sold.. but the next day an apartment or 3 are still open available... Really bad service

  Avoid this place at all costs. Thin walls, loud neighbors and management doesn't care. Living here has been hell for my wife and son. Strongly don't recommend living here.
