  There are kids in their 20's that come in late at night and stay here. They fool around in the parking lot. They left a bottle of listerine on the roof of my car and trash on the ground sometimes. Another resident told me she watches them all the time but the office won't do anything. I never knew that in a 55+ apt I'd have this problem IM AFRAID OF MENTIONING ANYTHING BECAUSE THEY WILL MESS UP MY CAR

  I put in a work request for an outdoor light that is on the outside and lights up a side of the bldg. and the street beyond, on March 18, 2026. The request was not responded to at all. The light is still out. One similar light that was on on the bldg. next door via the house electric grid, that was changed to a rentable apartment. They have yet to find another electric line to use that is close enough. Both these lights are for security where there are none of the city's street lights. It is almost pitch black on that side of the complex.
