The leasing agents, Irina and Kassra, know every resident by name and greet us as if we're old friends, making it feel like a tight knit community. The Community Manager Elena works tirelessly to ensure the community is taken care of. She listens to our concerns, frustrations, and anything else we want to talk to her about and does her best to address any of the concerns or issues to the best of her ability. She treats everyone with kindness and respect. The maintenance team is out of this world. Danny, Epilido, and Dominic go above and beyond to ensure the maintenance needs to the residents and community are met, to the best of their ability. They are kind, respectful, and helpful.

Previously it was a good property, however in recent months, there had been an increasing frequency of sudden outrages. This included sudden outrage of hot water and water. Often there’re no hot water for 2-3 days and it happened every 1-2 weeks. And every 1-2 months, there will be no water for a day. We called and emailed the Maintaince and the office. They repeatedly told us it’ll be resolved on the same day, but the issue persisted.
