  This place has went down in rank in my opinion, simply due to false and Inaccurate statements against may homingos. I totally disagree I believe she wasn't giving a chance really, she actually was picking up or cleaning up after old management. Before may came we have never passed an building inspection before I've heard through the grapevine of past and present residents until may came and cleaned the place up. We passed with flying colors. Thar should speak for itself on how the hard work that she put into her work to give the community what was missing. I have yet to be able to enjoy the one amenity of the pool which has been down for quite some time 3yrs to be exact. May was able to come in and make it happen by ordering the part for the handicap lift, which was the main issue on why the pool wasn't operable. May came in and got on it right away, the only thing that was left to do was wait for the city to approve the water permit, which before she left it had be approved. So you tell me why did that slip through the hands of management before? If you ask me personally I think that's what we needed was a ground standing manager who took care of business. Change I get is hard and I get that part, but at least it was for the right reasons.

  The community is safe and most of them respectfully Mr Tennessee is always no matter what kind of weather outside 💗 keeping up the grounds clean which I appreciate a lot the leasing manager miss may was one of the most professional people I ever met but the new folks are really good as well miss Joanna is a sweetheart ❤️I think it would be a little better if they were gates with codes but other than that everything is close and the best part of it is that I can go walking towards old Sacramento in just 10 -20 minutes 💗🙏💞

  I Love this place! Exceptional staff and a very welcoming neighborhood. I am very pleased to have found this apartment. It is small, but perfect for me by myself. I feel safe as a single woman in this area, as well
