  We had a really good experience working with Daisy when moving into our apartment. She was very helpful and made the whole process a lot less stressful. She answered all of our questions patiently and never made us feel like we were bothering her. Daisy is kind, respectful, and very professional. You can tell she really cares about helping people. We really appreciate her and are thankful for all the help she gave us during our move-in process. Highly recommend working with her!

  Kinnect Apartments has been an outstanding place to live. Daisy was absolutely amazing — she went above and beyond to help me secure an apartment extremely quickly, even dedicating her own time to make sure everything was handled at a high level. Her professionalism and willingness to help truly stood out. All of the staff are friendly, supportive, and easy to work with. The property is very well maintained, and the maintenance team keeps everything top notch. The amenities are excellent and well cared for, which really adds to the overall living experience. I also love living in the Southport area — it’s a great location and a great community. Overall, this has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. Highly recommend Kinnect Apartments and their entire team.

  Luxury living that feels like a 5-star hotel! I’ve been living at Kinect at Southport for three months now, and it has been an incredible experience. The building is brand new and the "hotel-style" living is no exaggeration. The amenities are top-notch: a high-end gym, a dog park for my pup, and a great workspace. I especially love the recreation facility—starting my morning with the free coffee there is a game changer. The apartments themselves have beautiful new appliances and the convenience of an elevator makes a huge difference. One of my favorite features is the private, gated trail entrance behind the building. It’s secure and peaceful. Plus, the location is unbeatable—being a block away from Target, Nugget, and the Town Center means I rarely have to drive. A huge shoutout to Daisy in the leasing office. She is absolutely wonderful, professional, and made the entire process delightful. If you’re looking for luxury in Southport, this is it!

  I’ve had a good experience at Kinect at Southport complex so far. Huge shoutout to Daisy, the leasing agent, who made the entire process smooth and stress free. She’s professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and she made move-in feel organized instead of chaotic. It’s rare to find someone who’s both efficient and personable, and Daisy absolutely delivers. Highly recommend checking this place out. The property is well kept, the common areas are clean, and the gym is actually a real amenity not just a dusty treadmill in a back room. It has a solid mix of cardio machines, free weights, and enough space to get in a full workout without feeling cramped.

  My partner and I had such a great experience with the team at Kinect @ Southport throughout my entire move-in process. From the very beginning, they were incredibly accommodating and responsive. Since we had to complete a virtual move-in, we were a little nervous but they made everything seamless and stress-free. The team stayed in constant communication with me through phone calls, emails, and texts, always making sure we were informed and comfortable every step of the way. Their promptness and attention to detail truly stood out. Rico, Daisy, and Yada are all extremely personable and friendly while still maintaining a high level of professionalism. They genuinely made us feel welcomed and valued. It also gives us peace of mind knowing they’re the team managing the community, we feel safe and confident living here. We are so grateful for such a smooth and positive experience!
