  I had the pleasure of working with Scarlett Daly for the past couple of years while planning the purchase of a Clayton manufactured home. Although I ultimately had to cancel my order due to personal circumstances, I feel strongly that Scarlett deserves recognition for the outstanding service she provided throughout the entire process. Scarlett is truly an expert in her field. Her knowledge of the homes, the process, and every detail involved was impressive and reassuring. She was always incredibly responsive — and I had many questions along the way! Every question was answered promptly, thoroughly, and with patience. Beyond her expertise, Scarlett consistently demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and genuine care. I truly enjoyed working with her and would highly recommend Scarlett to anyone considering the purchase of a Clayton home. You will be in excellent hands.

  All I will say is when purchasing pay attention to the 30 day warranty! 6 months and my shower wall cracked in the middle not in a corner or edge and all the service department said they’d do is patch work. Kitchen counter had saw marks and they will sand that down again patch work. They also do not respond in a timely manner to service calls in that 30 day window so I was advised to look at the home warranty that’s 30 days. So at some point I will have to replace my shower because it will continue to spread and was told that by their service repairman but patch work is what they’ll be doing. Oh and the bathroom shelves are wrong size so we can’t even use it to its full potential until I go rebuy some more shelves. Be wise is all I am saying and at your own risk. My daughter loved her house.

  My wife and I came into clayton homes after having a bad experience from another mobile home manufacturer near by and passing by on our way back home. After having a bad experience we were about to drive home but something said turn around and check them out. Im so glad that we did. What a night and day difference from the last place we just left. For starters the atmosphere was more professional and yet very cozy. We were greated right away by someone who likes what they do vs a paid receptionist who could careless and hates there job. We had the pleasure of working with Gerael. What an amazing guy! He was very friendly, polite, professional and didn't come across as someone who is just there for a paycheck and also going to be the "car salesman" guy to get a commission bonus. He was genuine and you could tell right away he had very high integrity level. He made us feel like he was there for us and loved to actually help people. He walked us thruout all the ideas, possibilities, plans, options and was focused on what would be best for us and accommodate our needs and wants. He and his team made the entire process very easy and not stressful for us as a first time home buyer. We couldn't recommend enough to contact Gerael and his team. I dont write reviews unless I have a great experience or a horrible expierence with businesses but I was definitely going to write one for Gerael and his team.

  If I could give negative stars I would. If Carl is the "Boss Hog" man behind the desk in the front office, then I agree RUN. Refusing to open to open the models so we could look is a terrible way to run a business. From the moment we walked into the office he had an attitude, I don't know if it's a woman thing or what but acted like we were idiots. When we said we didn't know what size we want, that is why we want to look at them all, he said he can't open them all and won't. So we turned around and left. WHEN A CUSTOMER WANTS TO LOOK AT ALL THE MODELS, GET YOU BUTT UP AND OPEN UP THE MODELS FOR THEM! And PS, your office smells! Go down to Homes Direct wonderful people there
