  I’ve had such a great experience living here. The community is clean, quiet, and feels very safe. The apartments are well maintained and everything is kept in great condition — from the hallways to the amenities. A special mention goes to Leidy, the property manager — she’s absolutely wonderful! Always so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful with everything, from move-in questions to day-to-day needs. You can really tell she cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable and supported. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-managed home with great service and a friendly atmosphere. Thank you, Leidy, and the whole team for making it such a great experience! 🌟

  Gisselle is a great tour guide, she was very attentive and answered every question i had and offered me coffee! The apartment I wanted was taken and she offered to schedule another tour for me.

  You do not want to live here. I've lived at this property for over four years, and the overall experience has sharply declined. Especially in the past year or two. It's no surprise they're having trouble keeping units occupied. It's frustrating to pay premium rent while dealing with neglected maintenance, poor service, and restrictive policies that make the place feel like anything but a home. There are numerous ongoing issues that continue to go unresolved, yet of course our rent keeps going up and up. Some examples: - Pest problems: Cockroaches and spiders have become a persistent issue. I've had to request pest control three or four times in recent months alone. - Unfinished construction: Management started installing new flooring around a year and a half ago and ripped out all the hallway baseboards only to leave the project unfinished and in visible disrepair. Come take a tour and see for yourself. It's embarrassing. - Package security: They've stopped delivering packages to individual units, citing "security reasons," but packages are still going missing from the central pickup area. This is one of a number of perks that have recently been rolled back. Reduced office hours: The staff is also here much less often than they used to be. It seems like there is always a sign up letting us know they'd be closed. - Pool restrictions: We're limited to just two people per unit at the pool with strict reminders sent out right before community events like Pride. On top of that, management has asked tenants to report each other for rule violations, which fosters a toxic living environment. - Laundry room access: I was recently locked out of a laundry room with my apartment keys inside. I went to the front office for help and was told I'd have to wait for maintenance, who hadn't arrived yet, because they don't have a key to the laundry room. It's the same key that opens the main gates to the complex. If they really do not have a key to our main gates it is a HUGE issue. Anyway, net net look elsewhere. For what they are charging, there are much newer builds at a similar price point.
