  Worst building to live in !!! Water problems non Stop ! Management is enjoying two floor apartment and don't care about anything but themselves ! Never again, Not recommend, Shame on them !!!

  DO NOT MOVE HERE. I moved out in July after living there almost 2 years. I believed I was overbilled for my security deposit and reached out to management. It took more than a week for someone to get back to me. My move out paperwork was pulled and it was agreed, I had been charged when I shouldn't have been. I was told I would get the money back. I never heard back. Mid September I reached out again and left several messages, that were never returned. I finally contacted consumer and business affairs for advice. I sent a demand letter, that was again, ignored. I am now in the process of suing in small claims court. Walls are paper thin and water is constantly being turned off for repairs. My ceiling leaked the first time it rained and ruined property in my dining room. I was told roof repairs were made. Solar paneling was installed at a later time and the next time it rained, my ceiling leaked again. The install guys on the paneling undid the repairs that patched the holes. When they finally came to paint the walls over all the water damage, they got paint on some of my furniture. A child fell into the pool because the fence was not closed properly so they replaced the entire fence. Rents then went up to pay for the fence. I can't seem to reply to the response that was posted by the owner. I still have not received a return on my deposit and I have not had received a phone call back to any of the numerous messages that I've left both with the property manager and at the corporate office. Did you bother to read my review? If you are actually interested in fixing the issues I have, mail me a check for the missing amount of my deposit that I am owed. Or, at the very least, return one of my messages and actually speak to me. 3 months after my move out, that feels like the bare minimum you can do at this point to try and resolve this. All I want is my owed deposit back.
