  Sandra has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She guided us with the application, answered all our questions, and made sure we fully understood everything before we even started filling it out. She is friendly, welcoming, and very professional. We truly appreciated how straightforward and clear she was about each step of the process. The apartment community is clean, and the unit is well-maintained as well.

  DO NOT RENT HERE, HORRIBLE STAFF Idk why there are so many good reviews when all my neighbors are complaining. They’re most probably fake reviews. Your annual rent will increase by at least 7% and there are no negotiations. Took them a few months to help look at a broken stove and it’s not fixed, but took them 2 days to find out I didn’t have my renters insurance cause I was moving out the next month. They charged me extra for not having it and kept pushing to ask for it even though I will be leaving soon. I was also trying to pay for my outstanding balance after move out and mandatory cleaning fees, but they locked me out of the website so they are FORCING me go bring a cashiers check in person. Whether I moved farther or not, what would people who moved out of state do? They don't let me mail in a check. It's so stupid! I called the office and she was like "oh if you don't pay, they will go to collection" and that's basically threatening me for my credit. I didn't get any mail, email, or invoice about my balance. She said there was no due date and threatening me if I don't pay.

  Hi me and my partner been here 8 years and they keep raising my rent like if I just moved in today with everything new in the inside of the apartment. I need new carpet I need new counter tops I need new faucets new shower heads and they need to update the outside of the windows so that it keeps it cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

  I recently visited family at Woodside Village Apartments and had a great experience. The property is very clean, safe, and well-kept, and feels very calm and welcoming. It’s a place my family enjoys living in and now that I have gotten to spend time here I can definitely see why!
