  I’ve lived here for a couple of years now and couldn't be happier. The management team, especially Erika Lopez, is incredibly helpful, communicative and goes above and beyond. She has made my stay and my families stay here at Windwood Apartments very pleasant. Her knowledge, professionalism, and experience has helped us establish a smooth transition as a first time renter in 2022. So thank you Erika for the support and guidance. I do wanna point out too that any maintenance request I submit is fixed within 24 hours! And as a mom and someone that works at 4am, I appreciate the safeness of this community.

  This property has amazing office staff. Erika was very knowledgeable and willing to help. The leasing agent Jocelyn was very knowledgeable as well and she gave me such a detailed tour without feeling rushed. The property itself has 2 washer/dryer rooms, a gym, pool , jacuzzi, playground and the best part a basketball and tennis court! It's small but mighty with everything you need to feel right at home.

  Did the whole process online doing application and such but everything went sour. They made sure they took out the credit check and holding money but unable to locate the application. Do not do the application online because they're not out to resolve the issue on a timely manner and you loose out. Apartments are nice but with my experience that I'm going through do the application on paper so you know that you're safe and your application is not being ignored and put you in a bad situation. No call back, No No resolution, Fighting battles to get your money refunded.

  I made an appointment at 9am and arrived at 857am to make sure I was on time as I live far fromnthe location, the manager answered the phone when I called, and she was rude and disrespectful to me and my wife over the phone, stating that it was close and that she was sure nobody advised me to be there at 857 am. So we decided to take our business elsewhere were we could have been treated decently...
