    I want to thank Gaby for providing expedited service to my apartment any time I call. Great experience overall by the maintenance team these past few months, we had a backed up shower drain, wasp hive and a leak. They went and fixed it within a 24 hour notice while we were gone. Kept the restroom clean and threw stuff in the trash. Definitely would recommend

    I had an interest in touring these apartments but my partner and I were canceled the first two times and it’s been impossible to get in contact with anyone. I’ll just take this as a sign.

    Moved in to a 1 Bedroom apartment end of December 2025. At the time of showing apartment was super clean and ready to move-in condition but I when got the keys and walked in to the apartment, there was dust and dead bugs everywhere and the toilet had a dried pee stain(Yes, I do have pictures). Since, I moved in during the holidays, I did all the cleaning at the time of move in which was frustrating but understandable. Then, raised Service requests on their app to take care of a few things which were promptly tended to by the MNT crew. This complex is advertised as “Gated community” which is only partially true as some the gates are never actually closed. I did bring this up to the property manager and it is somewhat addressed but I still come across some gates that are just open most of the time. At the time of showing, I was given an estimate of 90$ - 130$ for Apartment Utilities which consists of Trash, water, water heating and sewage. Mind you, electricity, gas and WiFi are on your own. But my first month Apt Utilities bill came out to be 200$(100$ was for trash only) and it doesn’t look like this coming down. I mainly moved in to this complex even after seeing all the negative reviews as this Property is managed by SRG group. Sad to report that I am going to wait out my lease term and peace out of here. Some of the amenities are definitely decent but definitely not worth 2300$(rent) + 400$(utilities) / month. I would take my 2700$/month elsewhere if I could go back to December.
