- AEandy eFeb 23, 20264.0I lived there 2 yrs in a row, when I moved in some of the walls all ready had paint defects of non proper primer. And white paint over old white paint, maintenance does take some time , but it does get fixed. everything was great until it was time to move out. There's mold that builds up in the showers and in the rooms and they blame you for it. As for the 2 thick pretty woman manegars. My issues was not with them but with the other woman manegars from other properties that were filling in. I mght move back in there again in the future, my daughter loved the built in playground and pool next to each other.
