  Monday 8 AM landscaping comes... works as a great alarm clock, especially after working night shifts...Throughout the week, in house maintenance will mindlessly leaf blow when there is absolutely nothing to clean up. Just unneeded noise at strange times of the day? Very strange and annoying.

  Meridian its a nice place to live, we love it! and the people, its so kind specially the staff, the properity its so nice and we chose this apartment because it’s affordable, the zone its the best because its in the middle of all ways around the bay area and easy to move it. the complex, its well maintained, and the most that I like its the neighborhod so quiet and peacefull. 100% I recommend to living here to anyone looking a good place in area.

  I recently moved in and absolutely love it here! The community is impeccably clean and the neighbors are incredibly friendly. A huge thank you to the property management and her team they assisted me throughout the entire move-in process and addressed every concern I had. If you’re looking for a quiet community with spacious floor plans and an abundance of natural light, I highly recommend Meridian Apartments in Walnut Creek.

  The leasing team is amazing. Very responsive and quick to assist residents when needed. The complex is beautifully landscaped, clean and well maintained.

  An excellent place to live. The tranquility and security are unmatched. It's perfect for my partner and I. We've been living in this unit for a couple of months now, and it's been a life-changing experience for us. The kindness of the management and residents make it a special place for us.
