  Over the past several years my husband and I have worked with Erica to purchase two homes, and sell both. She has been a great asset for us as we worked through the challenge of finding both homes and the details of each offer and contract. She is very informative about the area and provides any details she can find about the home, including past sales and trends. Her extensive knowledge of the area is very helpful when considering either buying or selling a home. She worked with us and helped negotiate the best values for us, allowing us to make solid offers when we bought the homes, and also helping us secure the highest price when we sold. Her work with us and support for us during these interactions was great, she was patient and understanding. She didn’t try to force us into something just to get it done. She helped talk through the various points, both positive and not so positive of both homes and both sides of the process for each home. She is a very understanding and accommodating person that remains calm throughout the process. That calm helps to reduce the amount of stress that is involved in these transactions, which is a big benefit, especially working full time with limited access. She has a very level approach that allows you to feel comfortable and confident in the decisions that are made. Additionally, she helps talk through the decisions so that you can truly understand what may be the best option for you. She has a passion for helping you, guiding you through the process, and being there when you have questions or are feeling stressed. She is a terrific realtor, and a genuine person at heart. I would fully encourage anyone looking for a realtor to connect and work with Erica and allow her to help you through whichever part you are doing, either buying or selling.
