  I moved into NOMA in February 2023 and just renewed my lease—says a lot about how much I love living here. Christina and Alex offer exceptional hospitality. They truly care, and it shows in how well the building is run and how welcome you feel every day. The amenities here are on another level—not what you typically find in Walnut Creek. Everything is clean, elevated, and honestly feels like a resort. The gym, pool, jacuzzi, fireplace, and rooftop club room are all beautifully maintained and spaces I actually use and enjoy. I’ve even hosted a few parties here, and it’s been such a great experience. Over time, neighbors have become friends, which makes it feel like a real community—not just an apartment building. Grateful to call NOMA home.

  Great location and easy access to walk to bart, downtown, farmers market, target, park, and etc. I’ve been living here for over two years and love it. Management here have been amazing. Christina the manager is always responsive and attentive. Resident events are awesome! They usually have them every month. Met a lot of residents here and everyone is friendly and nice. They just recently added a sparkling/ still water tap in the clubhouse which is amazing! Great amenities here! 24/7 gym and rooftop deck is great for gatherings/ bbq. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Walnut Creek.

  I absolutely love living at NoMa Apartments! The location is unbeatable, it’s a quick walk to restaurants, Target, and downtown, plus easy freeway access which makes commuting so convenient. The amenities are fantastic. Christina, the apartment manager, is amazing. She is always so kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever we have questions or need assistance. It’s clear she really cares about the residents. I highly recommend NoMa to anyone looking for a great place to live!

  This has been the best property by far. Alexis was amazing, friendly, sweet, and super helpful. I admire the fact that she keeps a high standard for the property all by herself! She deserves a raise and a promotion! I was toured for a two bedroom and immediately fell in love. The property is beautiful; you can tell it's well kept. Once a top floor hits the market, I'm in there! Thank you again, Alexis!
