  I really enjoyed living here. The community is nice and clean and the pool is perfect for the hot weather. Management is very responsive and willing to help with issues. The apartment itself feels clean and updated with a good location close to downtown Walnut Creek. I would recommend this complex to anybody interested in living in Walnut Creek

  There’s good reason why Walnut Hill Apartments consistently receives 5 star ratings, which is unheard of for any business - let alone an apartment complex. As four year tenants, we can wholeheartedly speak positively about the property’s peaceful environment, friendly/respectful neighbors, beautiful manicured grounds and its perfect location/proximity to ALL of Walnut Creek’s attractions which include shopping, parks and restaurants. Francesca (Frankie), the property manager, is terrific. She is friendly, professional, patient, knowledgeable, fair and always committed to maintaining/improving the community’s excellent standards for all her tenants. Blas, the community maintenance director, is equally exemplary in his customer care, professionalism and knowledge. We couldn’t be happier tenants at Walnut Hill Apartments and want to say “thank you” to the wonderful management team.

  I dropped by as a walk-in for a tour, looking for a 1bd with a washer and dryer and although they didn’t have any, I was treated with such excellent service from the manager, Frankie. She showed me a 1bd anyways and I just really appreciate her effort and going that extra mile for me. Great service!! Thank you!!
