    I truly love living here!!! Lauren is the absolute best. I can't imagine living anywhere else in Stamford.

    The new management team is a life saver! My parents have been housed here for about 6 yrs. Within that time, work needed in their unit accumulated and grew worse unfortunately. Italy and Miles’ stepped in and tended to every single thing so quickly, we’re in shock. Their professionalism and response is top tier and is greatly appreciated. If management everywhere could be like this, home would ever be so sweet. P.s last management team were also very nice but we really can only say, the bare minimum was done, so this is a major shift that’s truly appreciated.

    NV in Stamford is truly one of the best apartment buildings in the area. Lauren is an amazing property manager professional, attentive, and always on top of everything. She keeps the building spotless and running smoothly, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the residents. The atmosphere is clean, comfortable, and welcoming every day. And the coffee? Always fresh and actually good! Highly recommend NV if you’re looking for a great place to live.

    If I could give less than one star, I would. As a resident for the past year, I was hoping the new management company would improve things, but that has not been the case. It’s nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone. I’ve been incorrectly charged additional rent for insurance fees, despite providing all required documentation ahead of time specifically to avoid this issue. Calls and emails have gone unanswered. Rent continues to increase substantially while the quality of living declines. For the past several days, I have had no hot water after maintenance came to repair my shower. I’ve tried contacting multiple numbers, only to be redirected to voicemail every single time. I’ve had to shower at someone else’s place for almost a week, and there is still no sign that anyone intends to resolve the issue.
