  Just adding onto my brother’s review up there Named Naseem . Everything he said is 100% what we experienced! The community is beautiful place to stay and quiet especially for a person that’s in the military with high ptsd like my brother, we were excited to be considered to move into the available 2bedroom we put in our application on time only for it to be denied because they didn’t accept bank statements from one of the parties on the application and we told them we could get paystubs and offer letter from their employer and the manager Arlene said to get those but then later on declined them before we actually even sent them in! It’s sad, 120 of application fees went down the drain and getting our deposit back was a hustle too since they didn’t refund it directly to payment method but sent a check that most of our banks didn’t accept! They responded to my brother’s review that someone will reach out to figure out what exactly is going on! The lady reached out by the name of viviane something! I told her I was from sleep and I needed to wake up first so as to be able to talk about it, I called her back twice and the call didn’t go through! I texted her and asked her to call me back she refused to respond. I then called again after a week and it went through, she refused to answer and I left a voicemail she never responded. So the response on some one will reach out and rectify this was to save face ! No one really put in the time still! Disappointed in a place we love and call home

  This apartment complex and its management is really a headache! I was planning on moving in with my brother so we decided to just have him transfer in the same community bigger apartment! We submitted everything that was needed only for them to turn around and be like they didn’t accept bank statements as proof of income, yet these are the same bank statements that show weekly deposits from one of the parties applying! So basically if you don’t have paystubs this isn’t a place for you! They don’t take bank statements or tax returns or employment verification letters from employers as per the manager Arlene that we were working with! Only paystubs of which when asked if they’d be ok to wait till the employer generated some for this case and she acted like she didn’t see that message and never responded! Anyway on top of that they had to refund the 500 holding deposit we payed , that also took a run around no refund sent back only to find out after weeks of asking why the deposit wasn’t sent back to the original payment method and she goes ohh we sent a check. Cashing this check has already proven to be a hustle! They included all three names on the check and most banks are needing a joint account for it to be cashed. I really I’m over this place and never lived there before, from what I hear even maintaining they take their sweet time to come fix things when you put in an order! Looks like a nice community on the outside but management will run this place to the ground

  WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY! If you want fire hazards addressed and your deposit back on time when you move out DON'T move into Camino Verde or any property they manage! Took 30 days to send the deposit check back after move out inspection and they kept saying it was sent out 2 weeks ago... well would you look at that it was post marked 2 days ago.. not 2 weeks ago. I don't think they meant to lie I think they are just so incompetent that the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. Whether you email, text, send a letter, doesn't matter you won't get a response might as well talk to the wall...that has exposed wires hanging out for 4 months!
