They put all their time and effort to be accommodating on top of their already busy days and for that I’m so appreciative! I love the community and everyone is super friendly . So thankful to have come across such a hidden gem !

Elizabeth from maintenance has done an excellent job of maintaining the building and taking care of maintenance tickets. Her work ethic and swiftness is outstanding. She works hard to keep the building well taken care of. She has fixed our washer, replaced garbage disposal for sink, shower head, and some baseboards. It is an amazing place to live! Everyone is really helpful, kind, and respectful. The trees and real grass add to the sense of peace and calm. It's a wonderful area right next to the shadowridge golf club; there are great options of walks to take that are full of gorgeous greenery and homes. The office ladies Elizabeth from the office and Bilana are professional, respectful, and friendly; they do an excellent job of resolving any issues and concerns.
- RRRyanAug 19, 20254.0I’ve been living here over 2 years and I’ve been happy. The layouts of the place are more interesting than your typical apartment from the 70s-90s. The kitchen is also great. The maintenance team here are top notch. Requests get resolved quickly with no issues. Special shoutout to Elizabeth, she’s usually the one who handles all our requests and she’s the best.
