- JLJames LukeApr 17, 20215.0We have lived here for 12 years and enjoyed it. Tammy is an excellent manager and quite helpful with any questions residents have. And Jason is very hard working to keep things clean and working properly. Almost all neighbors are nice, friendly, and helpful. The pool table and exercise gear in the main office building are available all year. The heated pool is available roughly May to September. In addition, there are garbage and recycling bins-so you don’t have to put your cans out and pull them back weekly. My only criticism is I wish the pool was open mid-April thru mid-October.

They get elderly people to move in thinking they are going to own their home and have the sense of security and freedom that comes with home ownership. Unfortunately, the way they have it set up you get all the burden of home ownership with non of the rewards. The park has strict rules for who can and cant come in to the park. Thats right, you dont own land just a trailer. You can't sale, lease, or even rent out the trailer without there say so, and they usually say no. The utilities are all ran thru them. In other words they tell you what your bill is every month. Very similiar to renting they have rules made to prevent or discourage you from even taking on a roommate. In a nut shell I find it peculiar they would require someone at the end of their life to put tens of thousands of dollars as a down payment just to rent a place
