  I don’t write reviews but I felt I needed to write one on Mill Creek Mgmt. My family and I rented from them for 4 years and we always had great customer service from the front desk person to Gabby. It was a hard decision to give a notice but we ended up moving to the Fresno area. I can’t thank them enough for excellent customer service all the time. I would say the only down fall was sharing a driveway with the other neighbors. Other than that, the house and neighborhood was amazing. Thank you! Mill Creek Management ☺️

  We had a very good experience renting with Mill Creek Property Management. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described at the time of move-in. The layout was comfortable and spacious, making it feel like a true home rather than just a rental. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with convenient access to nearby stores, restaurants, and main roads. Communication with Mill Creek Property Management was professional, clear, and timely, and any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly throughout our tenancy. We were also very happy with the return of our security deposit, which was handled fairly and in a timely manner. Overall, this was a positive experience, and we would recommend Mill Creek Property Management to anyone looking for a reliable and professional property management company.

  I have been here 8 years and mill creek just gets worse. My ceiling is leaking causing electrical power outage and I called 2 hours before they closed the office and they told me someone was coming over today. And the maintenance people said mill creek told them the next day. So yeah if my ceiling just caves in no issue right or a fire starts. No problem, as long as mill creek gets their rent they don’t care.

  I recently inquired about a rental property managed by Mill Creek Management, and my experience was very disappointing. I viewed the home at 829 E Bush St in Hanford and it was nowhere near ready to be shown. The property was extremely dirty, poorly maintained, and in a condition that did not match the photos advertised online. The pictures on their website were completely catfished — they did not reflect the reality of the home at all. This was misleading and a waste of my time. After I expressed my concerns, the company responded by placing the property “on hold” and removing my application instead of taking accountability for the condition the home was shown in. While they stated maintenance would address the issues, the property should never have been listed or shown in that state to begin with. As someone who has rented for over 10 years and maintains a very clean home, this experience felt unprofessional and discouraging. I expected transparency and proper preparation. I recommend potential renters request recent photos or confirm the condition before viewing a property. My hope is that Mill Creek improves the accuracy of their listings and the way they prepare homes for showings, because first impressions matter.

  If I can give no stars I would ! HORRIBLE management company, poor customer service, they only care about money and how to get the most they can out of you ! I literally lived there for only 4 months and they charged me for extra damage that I didn’t even do … the pictures they sent me were how the house looked before I even moved in. When I moved out they charged me with the damages and cleaning fees of how the house looked way before I moved in. For example, I never left the tub looking like that, never damaged the walls, & the cabinets were never broken like how it is in the pictures! I would advise you to take photos when you leave the property and do your own inspection, so you can take this management company to court if they ever try to give false misrepresentation or information for money in their pockets ! Tasha & Nicole are very unprofessional people specifically! Company is not worth it find something else PLEASEEEE you deserve better i promise
