I literally lived there for only 4 months and they charged me for extra damage that I didn’t even do … the pictures they sent me were how the house looked before I even moved in. When I moved out they charged me with the damages and cleaning fees of how the house looked way before I moved in. For example, I never left the tub looking like that, never damaged the walls, & the cabinets were never broken like how it is in the pictures! I would advise you to take photos when you leave the property and do your own inspection, so you can take this management company to court if they ever try to give false misrepresentation or information for money in their pockets ! Tasha & Nicole are very unprofessional people specifically! Company is not worth it find something else PLEASEEEE you deserve better i promise
