First of all their application fee is higher than anywhere else, Second they want 300 USD deposit with the application, once you pay that they do not return it until a month or as they say in 21 business days, which they have no reason to hold everyones money that long.
- VGValentine GomezAug 29, 20211.0bad management! didn’t explain any of the qualifications before taking my money to hold the apartment and at that still havent gotten the money back ! manager gave an attitude and when i said i was taking it to fair housing all she said was “ do what you got to do “ and hung up ! almost 2 weeks later and still havent got my 300$ back
