  I lived here for a year in a two bedroom apartment. The Barcelona apartments provided me a comfortable, convientent, and pleasant living experience for the price. They were a life saver when I was apartment shopping cross country, being very available and helpful. I was pretty happy with what I got while living there. While they don't have the nicest or newest stuff, what they have is reliable, and their maintenance and management was attentive when we requested them. The apartment environment is lovely with the plants and pool. The location is amazing too. The convenience is fantastic, with a grocery store, fast food, a gas station, and a laundry facility all right across the street (and an awesome Mexican food truck that I really miss). It does mean that it can be loud, but that is the price of being near stuff and having a nice outdoor area. The apartment laundry facility is unreliable in my experience, but that nearby laundry facility makes up for it. My only unresolved issue is the curb. I have a low car and is caused a fair amount of damage to the vehicle. It's a bad dip, a busy road, and if you don’t make the turn right, you will bottom out in a low car. Looking around the area, it just seems like the roads are like that, maybe for water drainage? Something to keep in mind. Overall, I'm glad I was lucky to find such a reliable and suitable home for the last year. Thanks for having me.

  Spanish (English see below): Vivi aqui desde Julio del 2022, hasta Junio 2023. Sinceremante, puede buscar otro lugar mejor donde vivir. Respetese a si mismo y a su familia. Tendra mas respeto viviendo bajo un puente. La piscina no estaba abilitada por la mayoria de nuestro tiempo, la pimera manager, Florita Rodriguez, que tenia le sobraba lo pasivo-agresiva, la corriente, Zoraida Ruiz, brilla por su ausensia se demora encontestar correos. Cuando llame empezando la aplicacion y la pagina no cargaba, en mi parte refresque las cookies y empece una sesion nueva, llame y la ayuda que obtuve nula. Cuando puse una orden y acerca del aire acondicionado, en California un lugar caluroso, se demorarn seaman imedia para llegar, pero quieren la renta immediatamente, y eso es lo otro el pago automatico se demora cuatro dias en procesar. estamos en el 2022, ni cashapp or venmo se demoran tanto en procesar pagos. No se fien de que porque la persona es hispana le van a empatizar. Son munecas y munecos que hacen lo que le dice corporacion. 10300 Highway 41, Madera CA, 93636. Te ofrecen espacio extra para guardar cosas pero nunca llegan las llaves de echo, Florita, me dijo que las habia perdido pero cuando las encontrara las pasaria, nunca la recibi. mas de 50 departamentos, sin instalaciones para poner uno mismo una lavadora o secadra, tienen comunal 3 lavadoras y 2 secadora aproximandamente $8-12 lavado y secado por una carga. el agua se paga en forma dividida entro todos los departamentos o sea si ustedes gastan poco y otro departamento gasta mucho, y me imagino que le cobraran el auga en la piscina tambien se divide el costo total, o sea olvidese de ahorar en ese sentido. $1400 al mess por dos piezas y un bano (encontre tro 1200 todo uncludio, internet, utilidades y otros gastos comunes, busque que va a encontrar opciones mejores, cruze el puente hacia el norte, pase el macdonlas y doble a la derecha... buena suerte.). en el segundo piso no se pueden mantener mascotas, ah y la entrada al departamento le rayara el auto abajo asi que enrtre concuidado. Si paga en linea le cobraran otro dolar por procesamiento, porque la compannia no puede pagar los tres dolares que es mucha la perdida (3/1400) 0.21% de ingresos pues. Mucho! The pool was not habilitated for most of the year and leaves in the middle of summer. The first manager, Florita Rodriguez, had enough passive-aggressive; the current one, Zoraida Ruiz, was known for her absence and slow replies. When I called as I was sending an application y had to refresh and delete the cookies and their payment system never worked (I was coming from FL), I called the help I received from them was null. When my AC stopped working it took them a week to stop by, yet they want rent payment right away. Their electronic processing system is slow it takes them 3 to 4 days. It's 2022, Not even Cash App or Venmo takes that long to process the transfer. Don't think that because the person is Hispanic, they will empathize with you. Nothing more than puppets from the corporation. 10300 Highway 41, Madera CA, 93636. They offered a storage unit, never got the key but hey it is charged in rent. Florita, told me she lost it and will give me one after she finds it, well never got it. over 50 apartments and only 3 washers, and 2 dryers, not hookups for units to have your own. plant to spend about $8-12 for one load, wash and dry. $1400 2bed/1bath (I found$1200 all included). Not as pet-friendly, only first floor. online payment has a charge fee of about 1 dollar, but if corporate were to from that, which they cannot because (3/1400) 0.21% loss in profit is too much in these already hard times. A LOT! Gotta finance Steven's cruise trip. TL/DR: do a 180 and run like ya life depended on it.

  50 dollars is little excessive for an application fee but whatever. Me and my boyfriend sent 300 dollars for a deposit we got denied and were told that the 200 dollars will go back to us within 7-10 business days. It’s been three months and we always call and leave messages and never hear anything in return. We are turning this over to the owners of this property. Just be careful applying with them.

  Management was great but the apartments were not. The place is old and not very appealing. Also, once we moved out they took money out of our deposit for things that we didn’t even use (dishwasher) & microwave. The owners claimed it was dirty/not working when we did not even use it once and we even cleaned it before we moved out.
