  I lived downstairs and the walls are thin you can hear everything and everyone. People got robbed in my apartment building and I had to break my lease after being there 6 months because a safety issues. Some guy knocked on my door at 10 pm around Christmas time asking if I got a package in my mailbox today with his name on it (was he watching me check my mail) the asst manager Maria doesn't do her job well. No one ever lets you speak with the manager Wendi. And when I broke my lease and moved out a week later I went to check my mail and they said someone moved in so I couldn't check it. Then a month later Wendi told me no one moved in until a month later smh ! All in organized and no one communicated. My apt always had mold when it rained or when the sprinklers came on outside. A lot of people had dogs lease agreement says no dogs.

  People like Roberta are miserable.I know of her kind.She lies to people to make her commission and she lies on tenants to have their credit messed up because she's so bitter about her life and happiness.Who you know who will try to put a unlawful detainer on you because you told them you were moving.And then when it don't go through because of no probable cause they go and re do it and still didn't go through.SMH!!YES SHE USED TO WORK AT THE SUNCREST APARTMENTS IN BARSTOW

  It was a horrible experience and Roberta (Manager) does NOT do her job. And continuously gave my daughter false information re her deposit. We found out only after speaking with the corporate office. Corporate was on the situation but not management at the apartments, I suggest anyone who has a problem with these apartments needs to contact their Corporate. After living here and moved in the frount office is not very friendly and walk very lightly around Roberta, as if they are scared of her! The apartents took their 21 days to get my daughters deposit and another 21 days before I got involved. And corporate is overnighting it.
