  Darlene Garcia made our movement real smooth and till the day 3 years later she still takes care of any issues we have and she makes sure it gets taken care of…. Fernando Villalpando he’s on too on keeping the community nice and clean he’s always busy working making sure the community is nice and clean…

  Being in the military, moving is something that you become accustomed to. That being said, I have lived in apparments in multiple counties, states and cities and none of them have had any form of customer service like the maintenance team does at Colony Parc Appartments. Some words to describe the maintenance team are fast, reliable, understanding, skilled and personable. Isreal and Sal took care the issues with my appartment with both the up most professionalism and timeliness. Honestly, it's a shame it's only a 5 star system, I would give them a 10 out of 5. Thank you for all your hard work! It's greatly appreciated.

  Israel and his maintenance team go above and beyond to make sure all residents are taken care of as quickly as possible! Thank you for making sure we’re all taken care of. Your guys’ hard work doesn’t go unnoticed :)

  I love living here. I can see my rent being applied to the betterment of the complex in terms of improvements and upgrades, the maintenance team is outstanding in every way (prompt, kind, extremely helpful and always clean up after themselves), the staff in the office are exceptionally nice and helpful at all times and I feel very safe and at peace in this community. The only concern I could say I have is the yearly increase in rent. Otherwise, I have been very happy here and hope to continue living here for several more years.
