    We need the laundry rooms to be fixed I’ve lived here for two years and each laundry room has a machine Brocken. New laundry machines would be great for the extra fees we get charged every month Thank you

    The apartment was significantly overpriced, especially considering the ongoing cockroach infestation. Despite two fumigation treatments, the issue only worsened. During one of the fumigation visits, personal property was stolen from my unit. In addition, my car was broken into in the parking garage, which is advertised as having security. Both my son and I suffered from severe allergies during our time there. Although the building is promoted as smoke-free, many residents smoke inside their units, creating persistent odor and health concerns. The monthly water bill was excessively high—approximately $400—and was divided among residents without any accurate measurement of individual usage. Communication with management was extremely poor; phone calls were rarely answered, and maintenance issues, including damaged flooring present since move-in, were never resolved. Overall, my experience with the new management team was extremely disappointing

    Maintenance was very helpful, respectful of space considering i agreed for them to enter without anyone in the home. However, prior to our move in we ( as well as our leasing agent) noticed our facet in kitchen was broken. Maintenance came in and tried their best to fix but unfortunately was unable to. Looks like the entire facet need to be replaced. The switch to a steady stream and power stream is broken.
